Here you’ll find a selection of our most frequently asked questions, hopefully your questions will be answered quickly here! 

1. What is your current turnaround time? 

Our current turn around is 1-2 weeks. Each product will have the most up to date information contained on the page. Each item is made by hand personalised to ensure you receive great quality items, so if it runs over slightly please be patient. 

2. How will my items be posted? 

We use Royal Mail to post your items to you, and delivery time will vary depending on the service that you select at checkout. We use tracked services for all of our parcels and you should receive this tracking via email when your item is dispatched. 

3. When will I receive my order? 

Once you have received your email saying your order has been dispatched, provided you are a UK based customer, you can expect to receive it up to 2-3 days after, excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays.

4. Can I amend my order? 

If you would like to amend your order, you must make your request to us via email to info@tweedsidedesignco.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Your amendments are only confirmed once we confirm by reply in email. Requests for amendments made outside of this time will not be accepted. Please be sure to take your time in customising your design your own products, check they are spelt right and you have selected the perfect options for you. 

5. Are the labels/decals easy to apply? 

Yes, our the vinyl labels are really easy to apply. Full instructions are sent out with every order.

The application of vinyl is a simple 4 step process: 

(1) Clean the area with water, do not use fairy liquid as this can leave residue 

(2) Remove the decal transfer paper (comes ready applied to the word) 

(3) Apply your vinyl word to your chosen surface and smooth over the decal with a credit card or squeegee firmly with your hands. 

(4) Remove the clear application tape from the front of the decal.

6. What if there is something wrong with my order?
